  • Weekly face-to-face seminars (90 mins)
  • Audio meditation files for home practice
  • Handouts and Worksheets
  • Ongoing support via email or phone

All sessions conveniently conducted at your workplace and all recourses are provided. This course is normally run as a four-week course but can be adapted to run as a half-day program if you prefer.
