Full Day Program
A whole day immersion: This full-day intensive will dive deep into the cognitive practices of mindfulness and will give your team all the tools and techniques to manage stress, prevent burnout, improve performance and lead a team.
This day is a great mix of theoretical content, plenty of interactive activities and great takeaways to be learnt throughout the day. You will learn how to work more productively, and achieve more everyday with much less stress.
It’s perfect for leadership teams, off-site development days or in-house teams.

Half Day Program
A mindful morning or afternoon: This is a great program to introduce mindfulness as a way of life to the whole team. This half-day workshop will give your team all the tools and techniques to get started in a mindfulness practice. Think fun, interactive activities mixed with plenty of informative content. From this one session, your team will gain the knowledge and tools to manage stress better, and be more focused and productive every day.

This 6-week course is our most popular course and takes you step-by-step through the fundamental teachings of mindfulness for everyday life and the workplace.
